Your Instructor
Christelle Pillot believed early that in order to get a happy life it was all about shutting down the feelings and emotions in her head, so she committed herself to a personal growth to master the “don´t feel and never show your emotion” attitude. However, she soon realized that feelings or emotions cannot be destroyed or suppressed. She eventually discovered that inner peace can only be achieved when one is aware of their emotions and how these can influence one´s thoughts and behaviors. She decided to strive for a level of maximum authenticity in relationship with herself and others.
For the last 20 years she has continuously strengthened her emotional intelligence. She made use of her knowledge, while enriching it through her career as an international sales manager in the pharmaceutical field. She lives in Frankfurt, together with her husband and her children.
In 2014, close to burn out, she decided to focus on what really matters to her and transform her busy life into a meaningful life. Family, Search for happiness and Knowledge Sharing are her 3 passions.
Since 2015 she has been teaching families, companies and Schools. Her vision is to help families to grow in harmony and to build an exceptional life. Armed with her expertise and her personal experience as an entrepreneur and a mum of 3, Christelle is ideally positioned to guides busy parents to recapture their freedom. She truly believes that family is a big asset in business and that all can be connected.
She owns a chemical engineering Master degree, she is certified coach and trainer. She has been trained as well in Mindfulness and stress reduction for adult and children.
Using tools and techniques to simplify life, build supportive team at home and rebalance life areas, she helps as well to redesign career, build a second financial leg. Christelle´s Clients gain energy, joy, ease, and a sense of fulfillment.
